| EMERGENCIES:
- In the event of an emergency, Loving Frendz Pet Care will make every effort to take your pet
to the veterinarian or animal hospital of your choice. If your choice is unavailable, Loving
Frendz Pet Care reserves the right to seek treatment at another facility.
- An emergency contact must be provided, other than your veterinarian, who can be called upon
in the event of an emergency with your home or your pet in your absence.
ID TAGS: All
pets must wear identification tags.
VACCINES:
All pets must be up to date
on vaccines and a record must be provided.
PET HISTORY:
We must know in advance if your
pet is aggressive or has a history with biting. We must be
aware of any illnesses your pet may have before services are
contracted. We do not discriminate against pets with illnesses
or challenging history. This information is required to protect
all clients from harm.
UNSECURED PETS:
Loving Frendz Pet Care is not
liable for free-roaming outdoor pets in the event of illness,
loss, death or injury.
SECURED AREAS:
It is the owner's responsibility
to pet-proof all areas inside and outside of the home. Loving
Frendz Pet Care does not assume and has no liability for any
injuries the pet(s) sustain while in its home/ property.
ARRIVALS:It
is the owner's responsibility to notify Loving Frendz Pet
Care by email or phone of their arrival home. Please notify
Loving Frendz Pet Care within 24 hours of scheduled arrival
if the scheduled return date will be delayed. If we do not
hear from the owner at the scheduled arrival time, we will
resume services with your permission. The payment is due upon
owner's arrival home. If you will be arriving home early,
please notify Loving Frendz Pet Care 48 hours in advance to
receive credit towards your next service (holidays are excluded).
If 48 hour notice is not received, fees paid will not be credited
towards future service.
HOME ACCESS BY OTHERS:
If anyone other than Loving
Frendz Pet Care has access to your home during our scheduled
dates of service, we must be notified in advance and are not
liable for any damages or lost items.
KEYS:
There is a $15.00 fee for key pick-up or drop-off.
- For New Customers:
Key(s) should be exchanged at the free "meet and greet".
If key(s) are not exchanged at the "meet and greet" and we have to pick them up, a fee
of $15.00 will be charged unless otherwise agreed upon.
- For Existing Customers:
Key(s) may be left on file for convenience when contracting
service by phone or email.
- Key-on-File Service:
Avoid the cost of key pick-up each time you
retain services. By leaving your key on file with us, last minute service reservations
due to emergencies will be a snap. All keys will be stored safely and permanently in
our possession. You may call at any time to have your key(s) returned by mail within 5
business days of your request or left at your house during the last service.
- Please contact us if other
key arrangements are needed.
PAYMENT:
A nonrefundable payment of cash, check or money order is due when service is contracted.
All deposits are nonrefundable.
- For New Customers:
If service is contracted by phone or email and a "meet and greet" is
not required, payment and key must be received within 7
days of scheduled service, otherwise we will pick-up your
payment and key at the scheduled "meet and greet" session.
- For Existing Customers:
Payment and key, if not
on file, must be received within 7 days of service agreement
or 7 days before scheduled service, whichever comes
first.
- For Customers with Recurring Services:
- Weekly
- Due every Friday
- Bi-Weekly
- Due every other Friday
- Monthly
- Due on the 1st of the month
- Payment for last minute services and emergencies will be handled as needed.
- Credit towards cancelled services will be issued to use within one year, holidays excluded.
- You may pay by check, cash,
money order, or credit card. NOTE: If paying by credit card,
please add 3.5% of your total service amount to your credit card
payment.
RETURN CHECK CHARGE:The fee for each
returned check is $35.00 regardless of reason.
PLANTS:
Loving Frendz Pet Care will
not be responsible for plants that may die in your absence. Your plant care instructions will
be followed but we cannot guarantee the condition of your plants.
HOLIDAYS:Be sure to make your holiday
reservations early! Because holidays are our busiest periods,
reservations require a deposit of half the service total when contracted and pre-payment.
Please note: You do not have a reservation until we have
received the deposit of 1/2 your service total. Cancellation
and early arrival credit will not be given under any circumstances.
REFERRAL PROGRAM:Refer 5 friends and
receive a gift certificate worth $25 in free services.
SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT:
10% off all services.
GIFT CERTIFICATES:
Gift certificates may be used at anytime within one year of issue date.
